Bambra inserts are designed to stick to the inside of fitted clothing and your skin, resulting in an incredible supportive lift. Our revolutionary design allows you to support and lift your breasts without the need to wear or show a bra.

1. Dress as normal, ensuring your top, dress or jumpsuit is tight fitting.
2. Stick inserts into the inside of your clothing first, NOT YOUR SKIN.
3. Lift your breasts up and towards the centre to create cleavage.
4. While positioning, press the inserts onto each breast and press firmly to secure.
5. Check both sides are even and adjust if needed.

Like traditional inserts, Bambra inserts need to be used inside clothing. They cannot be used by themselves.

When maintained correctly, Bambra inserts can last up to 50 uses

Your Bambra inserts do not need to be washed after every occasion. They only require washing after sweatier, dirtier uses.

• To clean your Bambra inserts, simply hand wash using warm water and a small amount of mild soap. Do not place in washing machine or dryer.
• Using your finger tips, gently rub the adhesive of your Bambra inserts to remove dirt and clean sweat residue. Avoid scratching the adhesive with your fingernails.
• After rinsing, carefully shake off excess water and leave your Bambra inserts to dry on a flat, clean and dust free surface area, facing padding side down.
• Once dry, reapply the protective films and place Bambra inserts back in original packaging.

Carefully begin to remove Bambra inserts from a corner and gently peel off your skin and clothing. Follow maintaince steps if required. Once the inserts are removed, reapply the protective films on both sides and store your Bambra inserts in its packaged box. Store box in a cool & dry place.

Bambra inserts are safe to use at own risk. If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to dry, irritated, sunburnt, or sensitive areas. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding woman.

Bambra inserts are designed with medical-grade silicon making them resistant to water & sweat. Bambra inserts have been tested in various conditions however it is recommended to keep them dry for prolonged use.

Unlike traditional bras, Bambra inserts are designed to support & lift the breast without full coverage. However it's recommend choosing your true size and to only size down if you are between sizes.
